About Our Services

What do we notarize?

  • Acknowledgments: This is the most common type of notarization. It involves a signer acknowledging that they signed a document voluntarily and that it is their own act and deed.
  • Jurats (Verification on Oath or Affirmation): In a jurat, the notary administers an oath or affirmation to the signer, and the signer swears or affirms the truthfulness of the contents of the document.
  • Copy Certifications: Notaries can certify copies of documents as true and accurate reproductions of the original. This is commonly used for academic transcripts, diplomas, and other important records.
  • Witnessing a Signature: In some cases, a notary may be required to witness the signing of a document and confirm the identity of the signer.
  • Safe Deposit Box Openings: A notary may be called upon to witness the opening of a safe deposit box in certain circumstances.
  • Oaths and Affirmations: Notaries can administer oaths and affirmations for various purposes, such as affidavits, depositions, and other legal documents.
